Submission Guide

Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be published in ICEEGT proceedings.

Full Paper Submission

Manuscripts are submitted as full papers and will be reviewed based on their scientific merit. The reviewing process is confidential. All paper submissions will be carefully reviewed by TPC experts and reviews will be returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted papers. The accepted papers must be revised, taking into consideration the referees' comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.
 

Prospective authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers in electronic (DOC or PDF) format through here.

Authors should prepare your full paper by following the paper template (Microsoft Word Template ).

 NOTE:

  • All submitted papers must present original, unpublished research or experiences

  • Each paper should be at least 4 pages (including the abstract, figures, tables). Extra pages (start from page 6) will be charged

  • Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere would be encouraged

  • Each submitted paper must be written in English

  • Authors should check their papers with tools like crossref or ithenticate. If they fail to do that, the authors should be responsible for the result of rejection due to plagiarism.  All papers that are suspected of plagiarism will not be published or indexed and will be announced publicly on the conference website.

Abstract Submission

Accepted abstracts need to be given the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
